What may be getting in the way
Too many disconnected tasks make progress slow. Owners, writers, developers and marketing teams need one practical order of work.
Sometimes the team already has data, ideas and a backlog. What it needs is a clear decision on what matters first and how to turn that decision into useful work.
The right work depends on what people are experiencing now and what the business needs to improve.

I review the website, current plans, available data and the team’s capacity before recommending priorities.
The plan is written for the people who will approve, create or implement the changes.
Support can include planning, page reviews, developer briefs, content direction, launch checks and regular decision calls.
Priorities reflect the website, budget, available team and commercial value. Work that has no clear purpose is left out.
Visibility is useful when it supports a real customer action.
We review completed work, useful visibility, enquiry quality and the blockers still affecting progress.
The aim is a confident team with a clear plan and direct access to experienced advice.

Since 2012 I have worked directly with owners, marketing teams, writers, developers and junior specialists. That has taught me that good advice must survive the handover. A recommendation should be understandable, realistic for the team and specific enough to become a completed change—not simply sound impressive in a meeting.
Useful information, honest proof, a website people can use and careful measurement have remained valuable through every major update. I use new tools and new evidence where they help, but I do not replace sound judgement with a fashionable tactic.
For the client, that means a plan made for the current website and market—not a checklist copied from an old project or a promise based on how search worked years ago.
Share the site and a short explanation of the current situation. I will review the context and suggest a sensible next step.
